Peptide microarray platform

Peptide microarrays display large collections of peptides on a glass chip that can be incubated with biological samples such as serum, blood or lysate. They are used for biomarker discovery, immune monitoring, antibody epitope mapping, multiplexed epitope mapping or for detection and validation of protein interactions. 

JPT Peptide Technologies provides access to its unique peptide microarray platform via training sessions, customized PepStarTM  and catalog RepliTopeTM peptide microarrays  and microarray incubation services for epitope mapping and discovery  and protein-protein interactions . Among the large variety of RepliTopeTM peptide microarrays are HIV Ultra  and HBV Ultra  microarrays developed for the EURIPRED community.
